שָׁלוֹם עֲלֵיכֶם
Shalom Aleykhem,

في اسم يسوع المسيح ، ربنا ومخلصنا.
Bismi Yasu’ Al-Masiha, Rabinna wa Mukhalisna,
In the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior,

It is only by the grace of God that I can finally run this blog. The idea of this Bible Apple blog started about 4 or 5 years ago I’m not sure. One of the reasons that I hadn’t been building Bible Apple yet was because of the domain, hosting (a lengthy struggle in choosing a hosting service), and time. I have been writing for Bible Apple in my Facebook blog with those [BA] tags, waiting until the right time to buy the domain, hosting. I hope this could be the right time to start Bible Apple.

How did I come up with the name Bible Apple? It’s simple, because I like apple (in fact, I have just eaten one!). Second, because in this blog, we are picking “fruits” from the “righteous tree” — that is, the Bible itself.

This website is not a complete Christian resource like SarapanPagi.org or carm.org, because Bible Apple is built in a form of a blog. This blog will contain weekly (maybe one or two times a week) articles about what I am learning, what I’m thinking, anything that I think useful to post here. Bible Apple will cover anything, from life aspects to art, devotionals, Bible study, apologetic, debates or comments on debates, and your daily questions about Christianity and the Holy Bible.

Why did I created Bible Apple? It comes from my desire to learn more about my Jesus and my Bible, and I want to share that desire for anyone claims to be a Christian, a Jesus Freak, God’s child. I hope Bible Apple can help us fortify our faith in Jesus Christ more and more. It will be always my desire to be a blessing to other people, by equipping them the truth to defend their faith, all for the glory of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

Bible Apple stands upon II Timothy 3:14-17, that reads:

14But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing from whom thou hast learned them,
15and that from childhood thou hast known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
16All Scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,
17that the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly equipped for all good works.

( 2 Timothy 3:14-17 – KJV 21®)

Until more numerous request, I will keep posting for Bible Apple mainly in English, and some posts in Indonesian, and some articles will have translation.

September 7, 2011 is considered as the birth of Bible Apple, as the completion of the key elements of Bible Apple (twitter account, logo, the blog and its core components). And I hope from now on this website may be a blessing to all believers, Christians, Jesus Freaks around the world.

To God be all the glory.
